The captain was hoisted up with the help of his crew. With his boots firmly on deck Killian let out a sigh of relief. Taking his place behind the wheel the captain displaced his first. He immediately gave the lamp a brush to bring the Genie out of hiding.
It did startle those who stood nearby but as the mist began to form he settled the mens hearts. "This is a... friend. Genie I think number two is in order."

Finally Genie heard the rubbing voice from outside the lamp, which let him free again. Well, at least, that much of being free he could be. The Genie was raising up out of the lamp. "Man, this was about time! Didn't ya hear me calling, Buddy? Man, was like What the hell does he want with that branch, fightin' that shadow critter?!", he already started to babble, scared some of the nearby crew away.
"This is a... friend. Genie I think number two is in order."
"Oh, Hi.", he suddenly came back down, realizing they weren't alone. Just as he was about to turn around and give some handshakes, though all of them were too shocked to appreciate this friendly turn anyway, he got the meaning of his master's words. "Well then, what's it to be, master? Shall I get this shadow critter a lection? How would ya like the shadow to get a sunbath?" And again Genie seemed to be fully in his element, already cracking his knuckles.

For the first time in a good long while Hook had a genuine laugh as he thought of the Shadow being blasted from existence by the rays of the sun. The look on Pan's face... "Sadly my new friend I don't believe the sun would solve my problems. Nay my crew and I have a pressing need to be away from these shores."
The captain took a moment now, lapsing into silence as he thought. Passing back and forth he tried to think of a way to word what he wanted of the Genie. If he wished to be every place he needed to visit at that moment he would need a few dozen more lamps... What he needed was a coverall wish to be able to slip about as he needed. Like the Pegasus sail he once held in his possession. It wouldn't be the first time he made an impulsive decision he would regret but now was the chance to correct that mistake. "My second wish is for the ship. That it be able to slip between realms at will." A quick thought had him making a last second amendment, "And all those aboard her." Killian quickly added before the Genie could finalize the deal.

Genie was waiting, while his master seemed to think about his second wish. The crew around them still was staring at him, as if he was a freakin alien or something. The eyes were getting even bigger, when Genie started to transform his belly into a ticking clock and whistle a melody.
"My second wish is for the ship. That it be able to slip between realms at will.""And all those aboard her."
As if by command Genie got back to his normal form. "Now, THAT is a wish, master!", he spat out loud, before he stretched out his forefinger in the sail's direction. For a moment the sails seemed to puff up and when the eyes went back to the place where Genie was standing seconds ago, his voice suddenly was heard from out of the crow's nest above. "Coast is clear. Weather is on our side. Full speed ahead, sweety!", he shouted and stroked the ship's wood.

"Now, THAT is a wish, master!" came the reply as the sails above them all puffed up with a wind not felt by the men. The captain's eyes came back to see the genie was gone. Had he retired to his lamp? Killian looked down at his belt when he heard the voice again from above. In the crows nest the blue man stood, dressed as the most ridiculous caricature possible of a member of his crew.
"Coast is clear. Weather is on our side. Full speed ahead, sweety!" With a sly smile Hook seized hold of the wheel. "Well then my friends hold on tight, we have a very important date to keep!" Spinning the wheel hard to starboard the ship pitched to right as a deep whirlpool opened just a short distance away. "We have business in the enchanted forest."
