***Anastasia and Marius enter from Muggle World - Charing Cross Books***
"Magic is quite real." His words rang in her head as she felt herself tumbling weightlessly. She kept her eyes shut as he'd instructed, squeezing them tight against the feeling of tumbling over and over and before she could completely register how to describe the feeling, she found her feet on solid ground once again.
Anya stumbled but caught herself, leaning forward and resting her hands on her knees as she took deep breaths. She was disoriented by the rapid change of gravitation and elevation and her stomach rolled in protest. A few steadying breaths and when her stomach and equilibrium were back in balance, Anastasia slowly straightened as she looked at her surroundings.
She was in a large open room, giant spherical sculptures dominating the center and enormous open arches to a large balcony. They were high off the ground in some sort of ancient building.
"What is this place?" she said, giving the room another once over before looking back at him. "Who are you?"
There was no trace of accusation or suspicion in her tone but it clearly rang with awe and curiosity. Creating a blue smoke of a mythological bird was a nifty magic trick but this, popping from one place to another, was bonkers.

Headmaster Ogden
The Headmaster could see as soon as they arrived that Anya was trying to maintain her composure. It was a difficult task after apparating for the first time. But she managed and after a few moments her disorientation was replaced by curiosity as she looked around the large tower. "What is this place?" she said, giving the room another inspection before looking back at Marius. "Who are you?"
Marius straightened slightly as he prepared his introduction. "Welcome to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Anya. I am Headmaster Marius Ogden, though I am little more than an old soul in these halls." Odgen said as he finished with a rather nostalgic smile.

"A whole school. Just for magic?" she paused. "I guess that stands to reason there were enough people with magic to warrant a whole school for it and in a..." she looked around before back at him, "castle, is it? Huh, and why not," she said with an amused grin. Castles, wizards, sorcery. They seemed to go together.
"So, um," she paused, trying to figure the correct way to address him, "Headmaster Ogden. How exactly does this all work?"

Headmaster Ogden
"For Magic, yes but so much more. It is a place of learning for application and history. To know where it is your abilities come from, and where they can take you. There is a wide world out there you have not had the pleasure of exploring. Those of us here at Hogwarts have dedicated our lives to showing you the nature and depth of all that has been around mankind since as far back as we know, and that which will continue to endure."
The Headmaster did not want to impress the young student but rather to impress upon her the opportunities before her that she had not know were possible. "How it works? To start there are four houses here and one of which will be your family during your stay here. It has been aptly named the Sorting Ceremony." With a smile he placed his hand on her shoulder. "Do not let this overwhelm you, I ask only that you come with me and see. We can take care of your appointment later. Those special students like yourself while sorted into a house as normal, will attend an accelerated course to advance you up to the students in your age range were you can then chose whichever specialty you prefer."

Severus finally seemed to have found Hogwarts' Headmaster. He already was annoyed he had to search for him, as he hasn't been in his office. Especially as he wasn't used to walk around a lot anymore. It still was unwonted having a little bit of his eyesight back, though of course he appreciated it. It felt like getting back some kind of power. He just had to make sure to not miss drinking his Polyjuice potion rations.
The sunglasses darkened his anyway not so good sight, but he couldn't risk someone realizing the dull layer around his pupil, hasn't volatilized even with the potion. Maybe one of the teachers here in Hogwarts have met that Benjamin Boyle before. "...a place of learning for application and history. To know where it is your abilities come from, and where they can take you. There is a wide world out there you have not had the pleasure of exploring..."Severus hasn't heard that voice before, but this was undoubtfully a headmaster's speech. For one moment he had to remember a meeting with Dumbledore in these tower. They had a conversation about Harry Potter, the son of Lilly and James. This had been over twenty years ago... and even more years ago he had seen Lilly's face, but despite, it still hurted him to think about the tragedy. "...during your stay here. It has been aptly named the Sorting Ceremony..."The voice of the Headmaster was getting louder. With slowly steps Severus finally reached the top of the tower, holding on the banister. "Do not let this overwhelm you, I ask only that you come with me and see. We can take care of your appointment later, those special students like yourself while sorted into a house as normal will attend an accelerated course to advance you up to the students in your age range were you can then chose your own field you wish."Severus saw a man middle-aged, obviously Hogwarts' new headmaster. Well, actually he didn't know if he was doing the job for already some years. He hasn't been here for so long himself. The Headmaster was talking to a girl, a new student as it seemed. "I didn't mean to interrupt, Sir...", Severus raised the word with an unfamiliar sounding voice. He would have to adapt to it, as long as he was in Hogwarts, searching for something of high importance... "You weren't at your office and I have to submit yet some documents." Severus forced himself to let a constrained looking smile follow his words.

Headmaster Ogden
"I didn't mean to interrupt, Sir... You weren't at your office and I have to submit yet some documents." Ogden turned his head to see the strained smile on the mans face as he stood facing the two of them from the top of the stair. "Ah, Professor Boyle. So glad you could make it in time for the feast. I do hope you are feeling better!" He took notice of the glasses but guessed the man might be a bit sensitive to lights and possibly sounds after the bout with his affliction.
"I hope you will be able to join us presently but as far as any documents it could wait until afterwards, unless there was something pressing you needed to discuss?" He left it up to Benjamin. He did not want to come across as insensitive since he was not aware of any special needs the staff member might require.

A house? A family? Sorted? Family. That word kept repeating in her mind. Anya's head was swimming with questions but before she could bombard him with more, they were interrupted. She quietly watched the exchange, the presence of yet another person here at this school for magic formed out of an ancient castle lending further realism to the situation she found herself in. It would still take some time for this to all feel normal but each little bit helped get her there.

"Ah, Professor Boyle. So glad you could make it in time for the feast. I do hope you are feeling better!"
Severus forced himself to let the strained smile playing just a little longer around his lips, until he got enough of it. "Yes, Thank you, Sir.", he answered with a now stern look on Benjamin Boyle's face.
"I hope you will be able to join us presently but as far as any documents it could wait until afterwards, unless there was something pressing you needed to discuss?"
Severus inwardly let out a grouchy sigh. He really didn't want to join that ceremony. He already hated it, when he was a teacher here twenty years ago. Actually he even hated it, when he was a student more than fourty years ago. Especially as they lengthen it with letting the hat arrange the students in their houses. And today he would hate the ceremony even more, as it meant he wasn't able to pry around a little.
"Sure.", he responded through clenched teeth. "It is nothing too urgent."

Headmaster Ogden With no further protests the Headmaster could feel a twinge of excitement. He could not help feeling any other way and it was for what Anya was about to see in the Great Hall. It set the tone for the students who had never been within these walls before. "It is settled then, let us away before we are late." Marius turned his head towards the other man. "After all we do need to keep up appearances." He added with a sly smile at Professor Boyle. "Follow me Anya." He lead them back down the stairwell leading out of the tower. "It is a bit of a walk but you will see more of the castle on our way. I will promise to have a proper tour arranged for you at the earliest opportunity!" Reaching the bottom in a swift manner defying his age they took a special path towards the Great Hall to avoid the crowds. **Marius, Anya, and Severus exit to Hogwarts Great Hall**
