Sounds good to me as for Tony would have left the suit behind in New Asgard. Since getting locked up was practically the plan, he definitely would have thought about it before going into it.

I'm not quite sure but Thor's hammer currently is broken because of Hela in Ragnarok. Maybe - like in the last Thor movie - they have kept the pieces in New Asgard but still it's broken.
Please correct me if I'm wrong. °^^
And concerning the Iron Man suit I agree with Tony: It surely would have been better when he didn't wear it at the moment they'd been captured. Maybe the Rescue-Team could also took one of his suits with them?

Oh!!! You’re so right about the hammer being no more! I forgot about where we were in the storyline. 😊

This Whose Turn has gotten over a month old. It has been moved to Plots as this was more of a non-pivotal side scene. MCU RPG

Hey Heidi, you remember we once talked about a potential flashback scene between Andro, Hope and Tony, in which Hope would be, together with Tony in the background, visiting him at his former place so that they can get more information about the tattoo on his neck? I can look up what we said by searching through our old FB IMs to refresh our minds if you want. No rush, but I'm trying to get all my characters back into scenes, that's all. Hollywood Heidi

Oh gosh, I vaguely remember that convo from a lifetime ago! XD Sure, if you can dig up the info on it, that'd be a huge help. I'm way behind because of RL stuff and need to do some major catching up. When you find it, you can PM me or IM me to discuss further. Would rather not bog down Potential Plots for the other players when it's something for just the two of us.

Just read over the Cells scene since my next owe is for Mantis, and I think that scene can stop there and pick up again when the others on their way arrive shortly. Another round of dialogue just feels like it'd be unnecessary. I'm gonna remove that owe from Whose Turn. UPDATE: Decided to do a temp-play Gamora post instead. Fit better and it was really her turn anyway.

Addressing Kristi's comment in the cbox "Posted for Ross at the Raft, and I really don't know how to handle the posting order in this scene. He asked a direct question to Banner, so maybe Bruce should be up next."I do agree that when a character is directly addressed in a group scene, it's usually a good idea to have that person go next, otherwise, the conversation gets confusing with other people piping in when they usually wouldn't. Unless the other people whose turn it is does just a reaction/thoughts post with no dialogue. Whenever we come up against this with any RPG, I think we should hop into the Plots thread to let everyone know so we can keep moving scenes along smoothly. I'm okay with Bruce going next at the Raft, if everyone else in the scene is! Anduin DarkSideCookie Kristi Lynne

Alright, but can you do me a favor and edit the whose turn order to Bruce going next so that I'll remember by the time I'll be reaching that owe on my to-do? That would be great, thanks! :-) Hollywood Heidi Kristi Lynne

I figured I would try to write down here the plot stuff that Heidi and I discussed while sitting in traffic earlier this week. Basically, we want to get to a point where Ross is convinced that the Avengers and Guardians currently locked up on the Raft are going to need to be released to prepare for Thanos' imminent arrival. Not sure exactly what convinces him -- we thought maybe Gamora could give him a more detailed explanation of Thanos' history. At any rate, Ross can't be seen to go along with this "escape" willingly, so he tells Hope they have to make it look like the inmates somehow got the jump on him.
Perhaps the crazy ants manage to open up the cells, giving Mantis the chance to put Ross to sleep. We'll assume that everyone's respective weapons were taken away from them and locked in some sort of secure room aboard the Raft. At that point, we may need to un-shrink the Milano with Rocket and Drax. Heidi noted that it would be better to have left the shrunken Milano in the Raft's hangar, but we couldn't remember if we actually said the shrunken ship with them aboard was in someone's pocket or not.

Thanks, Kristi! I definitely know that Rocket and Drax have been hearing everything, but that can be explained as Team Hope having discreet bugs on them so that Rocket and Drax can listen for the signal that it's time to go into action.
The shrunken down Milano would be useless in any other area but the hangar, where it would have room to unshrink and release the unshrunken Drax and Rocket along with it. Probably way more comfortable to be sitting still in the hangar than bouncing around in someone's pocket also. XD
We can just mention later or know in our minds that perhaps Peter had placed it down in an open area of the hangar when "bending down to tie his shoe" or something along those lines. If someone recalls a specific mention of the shrunken Milano still being in someone's pocket, please refresh our memories. Might be better to just do a quick edit on that particular post.
As for convincing Ross, Kristi and I seemed to think Gamora's familiarity with Thanos and what he's done in the past was the best way to go about it. I can temp-play Gamora to get all that out. Then some kinda exchange/understanding between Ross and Hope of what has to go down with Ross coming out looking innocent in all of it (Ross knowing that Thanos would be said and done with all the damage before all the red tape could be gotten through). Crazy ants can fry the cells.
Do you guys remember what happened to everyone's weapons and gear? I can go back and reread all the New Asgard stuff, but I'm hoping to save some time. The normal, smaller stuff like daggers and guns, they can have left on themselves and leave behind. But I'm talking the Iron Man suit and Mjolnir. It would be way easier if those two things were left behind in New Asgard. Definitely no way would they have put Tony and Thor into cells equipped with items they can get out of those cells with. If it was mentioned that Tony was wearing the suit and/or that Thor had Mjolnir with him, then they do need to retrieve those things on the way out. If they did not, Thor can easily summon Mjolnir once they're out of the Raft and perhaps Hope brought one of Tony's more portable suits. Not sure when abouts Tony came up with the one that seemed to activate from a bracelet. I think that fancier nanotech stuff came about after they'd formed more of a connection with Wakanda and Tony and the others got schooled on Wakanda's far more advanced technology. But he did, at least, have a portable suitcase version in Iron Man 2.

I like all those ideas!
As for the suit and the hammer, I think we never mentioned in our RPG, but I can definitely remember having talked about it with you before. And I also think to remember that we've ended up saying they would have left it in New Asgard, for their plan was to get caught.

So, I tried to remember what or if we had something about their weapons and suddenly realized that Mjolnir was destroyed at out point of the story because we started our timeline after Ragnarök. (Hela destroyed it at the beginning of Ragnarök if I remember right.) So actually Thor possesses his thunder-abilities but hadn't even try to use them because of their plan to convince Ross before they'd try to flee. I also think it would be better if they have left the MIlano hidden in the hangar. If everything would work out well they just need it to escape from the Raft so the hangar is the best place for their ship. Hollywood HeidiI'd be very thankful if you'll take Gamora's part at the moment when it comes to explain all this stuff because, like I already mentioned, I'm very busy during April and May because of my final exams.

Yes, you're totally right!! Thanks, Anduin and a big duh on my part! Okay, so no Mjolnir to worry about and Tony in agreement that Stark left the suit behind, so we're good to go on those complications!
Alrighty, I'll temp Gamora when it comes to her turn and have her give the awful details of what Thanos is capable of. That should really help to sway Ross.
