"It was....interesting," "I think the summer holiday has succeeded in making Professor Rowle even more demanding than last year, if that is possible. I love Defense Against the Dark Arts and even I might be beginning to rethink my career options."
"Oh? That's peculiar indeed. I'm sure it's nothing that a bright witch such as yourself can't handle," Morgana said as she gave Gwen a smile through her melancholy tone. Morgana admired Gwen, she always seemed to have her head on her shoulders and a plan for her future. It was not that Morgana was not ambitious, but it was the fact that she had no idea what direction to take in her little fork in the road. Her passion lies with divination but Morgana often thought that others would laugh at the thought of her making a career of her unusual gift, her mothing especially.
Both the girls peered up as there was somewhat of a scene unfolding at the Slytherin table, ending with a girl storming towards the Ravenclaw table and taking a seat.
"I've just spotted Oliver. Do you want to come sit with us?"
The thought of socializing with more than just Gwen made her slightly anxious. Morgana was never good around groups of people and often found ease in either one on one conversations or just by herself. She wasn't sure why, she had just always been this way. Often, she assumed it was because she grew up as an only child and was used to entertaining herself.
"I'm okay, thank you for the offer though," Morgana thanked Gwen as she slowly stood up from the table, grabbing her books, "I should probably get a head start on the reading for the next class anyways. See you later," Morgana bid adieu to Gwen as she walked towards the big doors of the Great Hall to make her exit. On her way out, Morgana accidentally bumped into one of the students that had been sitting at the Hufflepuff table.
Omph, sorry," Morgana spouted rapidly before carrying forward. She did not look back to see who it was she had bumped, only the blur of bright blonde hair as she passed by. Morgana recalled a weird sensation that traveled through her body at the moment of impact but did not dwell on it for any more than a minute before exiting to the corridors.

Swallowing the bread Oliver opened his mouth to continue, despite his previous statement about not getting started. Hufflepuffs... "Just when you think you have them-" Oliver stopped, Anya had spoken at that same moment and he didn't want to seem rude but he could have sworn she said, "Who's Harry Potter?".....
The Ravenclaw scrunched up his brow, "Who's Harry Potter?" he repeated, "Well he is the one who defeated the Dark Lord of course. You're joking right?" the boy said with a very short lived chuckle... But she seemed serious... And he realised that after he said it. His speech got slower and more deliberate. "Where are you from again?"

"You'll do great, can't screw it up anymore than I can!"
Ellie smiled. There was no way Dray was screwing up anything. If they were a song, Dray would have been the melody, while she most probably one wrong tone. What an imagination. For a moment Ellie wondered where this pessimism had come from all of a sudden.
"Thanks, Ellie, I just hope I can juggle both."
Just as she wanted to respond to that, someone bumped into her back, putting her off her stride.
"Omph, sorry,", she heard someone saying, as she turned, though not catching more than dark brown hair passing by. Then this strange feeling again. Ellie not even was able to name this feeling. But it was somehow getting her down.
"Uhm..." What was she going to say to her friend, she thought loudly, while turning back at Dray. "Maybe we should get ready for classes, right?" Oh wow, this was kind of an unusual remark coming from her.

"Who's Harry Potter?" "Well he is the one who defeated the Dark Lord of course.
'Defeated the Dark Lord?' What sort of medieval sounding bonkers stuff went on here? This world suddenly sounded far more intense than she ever could have imagined. The baffled confusion only flashing momentarily on her face as his next comment had her schooling her features.
You're joking right?"
Bloody hell, apparently she'd put her foot in it but good. She grabbed a cup of whatever was in front of her and started to drink to buy a few seconds to think of a way to back peddle, choking slightly at the taste. Good Lord, was that pumpkin? She wasn't a fan of pumpkin and had no idea it came in juice form.
"Where are you from again?"
Apparently the moon, judging by the way he was looking at her. "I didn't mean literally," she began with a chuckle of her own as if he was the one to have said something crazy. She placed the cup far away from herself. "I meant who is he to you. You know, philosophically. Motivationally. He's had quite an impact and it's always interesting to hear how."
She maintained a friendly smile and watched him with an expected interest as if this was a question she asked often of people.

Ash eyeballed Anya and Oliver back and forth as their conversation proved to be actually interesting to listen into. He wasn't as surprised as Oliver of course to learn that she didn't know who Harry Potter was. She attempted to save herself in the conversation and it appeared to work for Oliver thus far, but Ash could tell that she was completely oblivious to anything to do with Harry Potter and his legacy. She clearly was new to this world, how could she know? And avoiding the "Where are you from" question asked by Oliver, even more interesting to Ash. Ash was about to slide back into the conversation when he caught sight of Morgana rushing to leave the Great Hall. She looked to be heading to the next class, a class they both shared and both excelled incredibly well in. He felt that it was time to introduce himself to his prospect. He had a feeling him and Anya would cross paths again in the near future anyhow. Without speaking a word, Ash slid out of his seat and floated slowly but surely out of the Great Hall

"See ye!" Gwen called after Morgana, slightly baffled by how quickly the other Ravenclaw took her leave. But Morgana had always been a little different and so Gwen merely shrugged. She turned back towards Oliver and Anya, slipping into a seat that had just been vacated by another Ravenclaw boy. Ash, she thought his name was? Despite them both being sixth year Ravenclaws, she couldn't recall ever speaking with him.
"I was hoping I'd find ye here!" Gwen grinned at Anya, "How was yer morning? Did Ogden send you to any classes?"

"I didn't mean literally," she said with a chuckle as she set her cup down abnormally far away. "I meant who is he to you. You know, philosophically. Motivationally. He's had quite an impact and it's always interesting to hear how." That was surprisingly well thought out Oliver mused. A smile spread across his face. "You had me, well done! I can say it again, you would do well in Ravenclaw. I'm Oliver, by the way."
The boy became slightly distracted after he had been looking at his companion expectantly, Gwen dropped into the seat behind her which was suddenly missing an Ash. "I was hoping I'd find ye here!" Gwen grinned at Anya, "How was yer morning? Did Ogden send you to any classes?" In an attempt to get her attention he put forth his greeting, "Oh, Hello Gwen!" He couldn't ask for a better distraction from his own thoughts than the potential Ravenclaw next to him and... Gwen.

"You had me, well done! I can say it again, you would do well in Ravenclaw. I'm Oliver, by the way."
Thank goodness the correction to her major faux pas seemed to have worked. And why not? Apparently this Harry Potter was so huge that pretending she had some lame, philosophical 'who is Harry Potter to you' fascination was more plausible than the idea of someone not knowing who the bloke was.
"I was hoping I'd find ye here!" "How was yer morning? Did Ogden send you to any classes?"
Anya hadn't gotten a chance to introduce herself in turn as a new voice piped in. The change of voice next to her surprised her. Apparently Anya had been distracted with her slip up and hadn't noticed the other guy leave. Rather rude of him but then again, she and Oliver had gotten caught up in a conversation so maybe he'd felt left out?
She smiled at the friendly face but Oliver spoke up.
"Oh, Hello Gwen!"
Anya looked between the two. Apparently they were friends which automatically gave Anya a higher opinion of the guy she'd struck up a conversation with. Gwen was nice, seemed genuinely so. Any friend of Gwen's easily felt could be a friend of hers and so she felt comfortable letting Oliver call her by the nickname her mother had given her.
"I'm Anastasia. Anya for short," she offered. Strange. Until Marius had come along, she hadn't had anyone call her by Anya since her parents and now three people knew her by this name. Perhaps it was a suitable change to go along with this change in her life.
"Not yet," she said, turning back to Gwen once again and finally catching herself up with the topic changes. "He had a few unexpected Headmastery things to attend to so I got to familiarize myself with the castle. Well, I attempted to, at least. Got myself lost but Mr. Malfoy led me back." A look of agitation crossed her face at how that had ended up. "Would rather have stayed lost," she grumbled.

Sherlock sat in a quiet corner of the Ravenclaw table. He has finished breakfast already and was pored over a book. Most students were talking together but he had learned to fade down surrounding sounds. Then he noticed out oft he corner of his eyes that some students stood up. A glance at his wristwatch approved that it was time to leave for classes. He closed his book without using a bookmark because he would remember the page. And then he remembered that there was something he wanted to give to his friends and bandmates. So he stood up and made towards the Hufflepuff table.
Shortly before a girl also stood up from the Ravenclaw table and bumped into another girl’s back at the Hufflepuff table. That girl, Elliote, was sitting next to Sherlocks bandmate Dray and they were talking together. When Sherlock arrived at Drays seat he coughed slightly to get the girls attention. „Good morning, Dray. And also good morning, Elliotte... Oh, excuse me – you prefer Ellie, right?!“ He knew that the blonde girl was a team member of Dray’s Quidditch-Team. „My mother gave me enough of her home-baked cookies to catered for the whole school“, he said with a chuckle while he got out a goody bag and handed it to Dray. „Of course you and the others should have some of them like always.“

"At least she said sorry," Most people would just keep walking, Hufflepuff respect had gotten better but they still had a long way to go. Dray was one of those Hufflepuffs who fought hard to prove Hufflepuffs were just as good as any other house. She was actually working on a song and couldn't wait until it was done, she wanted to preview it sometime this year.
"Maybe we should get ready for classes, right?"
"You want to go to class?" She grinned and shrugged her shoulders, "Okay, I guess it would be better than scrambling to get there last minute."
"Good morning, Dray." Dray smiled and gave Sherlock a smile.
"Hey, Sherlock!" She watched as her bandmate and friend pulled out a bag of cookies and smiled big, "Your mom is the best, tell her I said thank you." She accepted the bag and pulled one out to eat. Even though Dray had just eaten she could always shove just a bit more of food into her mouth. People always asked how she kept so thin, she said it was genetics but in truth, she found a spell and tweaked it. She stays at the perfect weight with a bit of exercise and a bit of magic.

Darleena sipped some water as she went over to some notes for class. Not like she needed to study but she wanted to make sure her grades stayed up. She was deep in thought when a cat jumped up onto the table and right onto her parchment. "Silk," Shaking her head at her little ragdoll cat, she picked him up and smiled. "You know better, you are to stay in the dorms." She figured he got out to find Mrs. Norris. Some of Darleena's friends gathered around to pet the cat and give him some love, he loved the attention. "Helana, can you take him back to the dormitories?" She gave Silk one final kiss before handing him off to her friend. Helana was very happy to have some cat time and cuddled him the whole way out of the great hall.

Frederick sat in the great hall eating his lunch with gusto. He had completely forgotten in his exchanges with his old friends that morning, that he had not sat down for breakfast. He was famished. But he had not forgotten what had happened to cost him a good meal like that. He remained upbeat and amused in front of them but their casual dismissal of his worth had hurt him. How could they have cut him out of the group and then show no remorse? They even rubbed it in.
Gwen... But she was just sticking up for Oliver. It had to be that. He was the problem. The other Slytherins jeered at him afterwards but he didn't pay it any mind. He'd get the last laugh. Somehow. For now he just continued to finish what was on his plate, Flint didn't want to think about getting to his next class yet. He still had time as he stared over the the Ravenclaw table.

"You want to go to class?" Yeah, wasn't it just crazy Ellie has said something like that?! She answered her friends' grin with an unsure smile. "Okay, I guess it would be better than scrambling to get there last minute." Better yes, but not that it wouldn't suit her to be honest.
A sudden cough made her turn around. „Good morning, Dray. And also good morning, Elliotte... Oh, excuse me – you prefer Ellie, right?!“
"Hey, Sherlock!", Dray greeted her bandmate.
"Hey.", Ellie threw in with a wave before her eyes became sparkling when she had a look at the bag filled with pastries. "Cookies! I love cookies!" And suddenly the unnamed feeling from before was gone. Going early to classes? Nah, that wasn't her. "May I?", she asked with a wide grin, already reaching for a cookie. Other than Dray she didn't use magic to keep herself thin. In her case, it was genetics indeed, with a little bit of exercise added.

"Not yet," "He had a few unexpected Headmastery things to attend to so I got to familiarize myself with the castle. Well, I attempted to, at least. Got myself lost but Mr. Malfoy led me back." "Would rather have stayed lost,"
"Can't say I blame thee." Gwen replied with an exaggerated shudder. "I've only seen 'im in th' halls an' he still rather sets me on edge. But I see tha' met our Oliver, so that is reason enough not to stay lost." Gwen sent a good natured grin in the direction of the boy. The grin faltered however as she felt a queer prickling on the back of her neck, like someone was watching her. She glanced behind to the Slytherin table, a stormy look clouding her typically cheery expression once she'd seen the source. Gesturing with her chin at the villain, she asked Oliver, "Speaking o'folk who should stay lost, any more troubles this mornin'?"
Gwen knew that Oliver likely had had at least one class in the morning schedule with Flint. She'd shared Defense Against the Dark Arts with him but the chuffy tosspot knew better than to meddle anymore with her, while she was still furious.
Not wanting to exclude Anya from the conversation, she explained, "We 'ad a bit o'a fratch with Frederick Flint o're there jest before I met thee this mornin'. 'e gave Oliver a bad time of it."

"Can't say I blame thee." "I've only seen 'im in th' halls an' he still rather sets me on edge.
Mr. Malfoy had seemed nice enough. It was his son that had mostly ruffled Anya's feathers. She didn't bother to voice that, not quite comfortable divulging something that felt a bit more personal but mostly because she preferred nobody know about the embarrassing, ego bruising incident.
But I see tha' met our Oliver, so that is reason enough not to stay lost."
"Well, I've only just met him so jury's still out, but he seems alright, I guess," she said in a mock serious tone, also sending a good natured grin in Oliver's direction, hers with a little mischief mixed in at the harmless jibe she'd made at his expense.
"Speaking o'folk who should stay lost, any more troubles this mornin'?" "We 'ad a bit o'a fratch with Frederick Flint o're there jest before I met thee this mornin'. 'e gave Oliver a bad time of it."
Following the direction Gwen had motioned with her chin, Anya curiously looked over her shoulder at the table behind her in the general direction Gwen indicated, trying to pinpoint which within the motioned cluster of students she'd been referring to. When her eyes fell on one particular boy seemingly boring a hole in the back of Oliver and Gwen's heads with his eyes, Anya figured it had to be Frederick Flint.
He was a good looking boy. Seemed kind of intense. Whether that intensity was his usual manner or due to whatever had transpired between him and her current companions, she had no idea. She didn't know a single thing about him and barely knew much about the two she sat with. She'd had absolutely no idea what had transpired either so when she was caught studying him, she didn't glare, nor did she smile. She turned back around, feeling the slightest twinge of embarrassment that accompanied whenever one was caught studying someone.
"I'm sorry to hear that," she said sincerely. "Was it a House rivalry? People seem really passionate about their Houses." That had been easy to see and one of the first things she'd figured out on her own.

"Speaking o'folk who should stay lost, any more troubles this mornin'?" Gwen said as he looked over at his old friend then quickly at his cup. "I didn't really have much trouble in Charms class, no. Kept to ourselves thank goodness," he lied. "I'm sorry to hear that," Anya said sincerely. "Was it a House rivalry? People seem really passionate about their Houses."
Anya, that was a friendly sounding name. He liked her more and more by the second. And her jab at him only cemented it. She had a good sense of humor he thought as he smiled her way. "That's the weird part. We never had that problem, Flint and us. Despite our houses we got along well in our first years. Then he changed. Just... changed," Oliver muttered to a finish as his expression became somewhat less cheerful.
He felt bad about lying to Gwen but he botched up their reunion by the carriages then lost his books outside the great hall. What would Gwen think if she knew Oliver sat down in class only to have had SOMEONE ice the surface of his chair and he had gone straight to the floor the second he sat down. "If you've got free periods, you could always come to a class with one of us," Oliver said, intended to be helpful. But he did not quite comprehend the complications with just jumping into sixth year classes.

Perhaps Flint was learning. Or perhaps Oliver wasn't being entirely truthful. If it was the latter, Gwen was not about to call Oliver out on it. The boy should be able to keep his pride.
"That's the weird part. We never had that problem, Flint and us. Despite our houses we got along well in our first years. Then he changed. Just... changed,"
She nodded, corroborating his comment about the trio's earlier years. "Felt like it'was jest overnigh'. But tha's enough on such things. We shouldna be borin' ye on yer first day."
"If you've got free periods, you could always come to a class with one of us,"
"Careful Oliver, we cannae scare th'poor lass on 'er first day." Gwen joked. "I'm certain Ogden will get 'er set up reight quick. Bu' we'd be 'appy to show ye a few thin', if yer interested." Gwen's attention shifted back to Anya, realizing that despite having spent the better part of breakfast with her, she actually didn't know much about her. "So, Anya, where're ye from?"

"Your mom is the best, tell her I said thank you." Sherlock gave a charming smile. „Oh, be sure I will. You know she likes you and our other fellows a lot.“ "Cookies! I love cookies!" "May I?" Even though the young man was raised to act mannerly anytime, he couldn’t suppress a smile because of the girl‘s behavior. „You can even have an own bag“, he said and handed another one to Elliotte. „Don’t worry. I have enough. It´s like I said, my mother meant too well as always.“
Sherlock took a look at his wristwatch and a 360-degree view at the Great Hall. Most of the students still sat on the tables having their breakfast and some of them talking together. „Still time left...“, he mumbled to himself. He seemed to be absorbed in thought. His absent look wandered to the ceiling while he held his chin in his left hand and tapped his lips with the forefinger. After a whole minute elapsed he suddenly proclaimed wide-eyed: „That’s it! I got the solution!“ Without any explanations, he whipped a memorandum book and a biro from his pocket and started to write down some memos. He also canceled some parts he had already written.
In the blink of an eye, he remembered where he was standing actually. After all, Sherlock looked up at the girls. He coughed slightly. „I’m sorry. I’m writing on a song-idea for a few days. But I couldn’t find the right words...“ He gave Dray a lopsided sneer. „You know how this is like, right?!“ He seemed to be a bit embarrassed. „It was not my intention to be impolite to you two... But I think I should get ready for classes.“ He nodded to his bandmate and bowed slightly to Elliotte.

"That's the weird part. We never had that problem, Flint and us. Despite our houses we got along well in our first years. Then he changed. Just... changed,"
"Felt like it'was jest overnigh'. But tha's enough on such things. We shouldna be borin' ye on yer first day."
Anya's brow furrowed into part sadness, part puzzlement. It was sad that there used to be a friendship there but a part of her also felt a sadness for the Flint guy. There had to be a reason he 'just changed' and usually that happened after something awful happened. She knew that all too well. There was the possibility that he just decided to be an ass but by her own personal experiences, which is what people generally based their opinions on, she was leaning more toward something bad having happened.
"If you've got free periods, you could always come to a class with one of us,"
Anya looked a bit caught off guard at the invite. Not because the thought scared her but because of the millions of questions that flew into her mind leaving her unable to answer. Would she even be allowed to? She'd have to talk to Marius but would telling them she'd have to discuss with Marius first seem strange? She had no idea what her schedule was and what she was going to be doing hour by hour, day by day, but she felt she couldn't say that either. It would be fascinating to see more of this world but she was so new to it and had only experienced a bit of magic that she was afraid she'd forget to hide her expression of awe when something new happened that went beyond her imaginings. She still had trouble not looking up in the Great Hall in awe.
Thankfully all those thoughts happened in mere seconds and Gwen stepped in to save her from answering.
"Careful Oliver, we cannae scare th'poor lass on 'er first day." "I'm certain Ogden will get 'er set up reight quick. Bu' we'd be 'appy to show ye a few thin', if yer interested."
Anya nodded, smiling brightly at the both of them. "I'd really like that! I can't afford to lose anymore street cred by having a different professor lead me into the Great Hall each time," she said with mock seriousness.
But seriously though, being "Marius' niece" would already cause some of her peers to treat her differently and all she wanted was to blend in.
"So, Anya, where're ye from?"
"London," she said, feeling relieved to finally be asked a personal question she actually knew how to answer. She grabbed a piece of bacon from one of the trays, not necessarily because she was still hungry but to give her hands something to do. "What about you two?" she asked, breaking off a piece of bacon and chewing, trying not to look amazed that it was still pretty hot and fresh as if it'd just come out of the pan.

Dray chuckled as Ellie forgot all about class and dug into the cookies. Dray hadn't noticed before but Ellie was kind of adorable, in fact, she was kind of cute. They shared a love of food, music, and Quidditch. She broked out of her little trance when she heard Sherlock shout;
„That’s it! I got the solution!“ Dray grabbed another cookie and watched as Sherlock got into the zone, she too knew the power of song and you couldn't argue when it came calling.
"I love it when he gets like this, might have a killer song by the end of the month." She whispered to Ellie.
„I’m sorry. I’m writing on a song-idea for a few days. But I couldn’t find the right words...You know how this is like, right? It was not my intention to be impolite to you two... But I think I should get ready for classes.“
"Don't worry about it, Sherlock, I get it! I mean when the words come you got to let them flow!" She chuckled and hugged him, "Can't wait to see what you got, I think I got a few winners myself. Maybe we can finally get a new song out for the fans?" She sighed, "But yeah, guess we should get going. I can not be late again, I can't get detention."

It was not only Dray who hadn't noticed Sherlock's sudden absent-mindedness, till he raised a word again, though obviously addressed to himself. But other than her Ellie had been engrossed in crunching cookies.
„That’s it! I got the solution!“
"I love it when he gets like this, might have a killer song by the end of the month.", Dray suddenly whispered to her, which somehow gave her the creeps for one little moment. Not in a negative way. In which way actually Ellie wasn't really aware of yet though. She gave her friend a smile in return.
„I’m sorry. I’m writing on a song-idea for a few days. But I couldn’t find the right words...You know how this is like, right? It was not my intention to be impolite to you two... But I think I should get ready for classes.“
"Don't worry about it, Sherlock, I get it! I mean when the words come you got to let them flow!""Can't wait to see what you got, I think I got a few winners myself. Maybe we can finally get a new song out for the fans?"
"I'd love to hear somethin' new from you guys!", Ellie threw in with a joyful grin. And she totally meant what she said. She loved listening to her friend's band and above all watching them on stage. Whenever they had one of their little concerts, she was standing in the first row, so to speak.
"But yeah, guess we should get going. I can not be late again, I can't get detention."
"Agree! Especially not with this new professor around. I think his name was somethin' like Bowl? Whoa, his face is givin' me chills. I mean not his face in general, but the way he's looking. Well, if there weren't these sunglasses hiding his eyes." Ellie let out an unsure chuckle, as she caught herself again talking too much before others did. "Okay, let's get going."

As Darleena started to clean up, she looked over across the way to see Frederick shoveling food into his mouth. She never understood the need to shove and stuff food into your mouth, not like the food was going anywhere. "Frederick, shall I wave my wand and make your mouth bigger? I'm sure you can get more in there somewhere." She didn't say it to be cruel, in fact, she had an amused smile on her face. She reached over to grab her pumpkin juice and sipped it.

Frederick hadn't realised how furiously he had been cleaning his plate until his fellow Slytherin brought it to his attention. And then he started to get the hiccups. Dropping his fork to his plate he grabbed his goblet of pumplin juice and took a large swig. It took a moment to pass but he returned to normal.
"Very funny Leena, I'm not a frog." He grumbled back. He didn't mind as much when Darleena poked fun at him. She didn't seem to be trying to draw the whole tables attention to it. "You could try and transfigure a few of those Ravenclaw's though. You're good at that." Flint laughed at the thought of Oliver's head and facial features swelling to three times the size.

"Very funny Leena, I'm not a frog. "You could try and transfigure a few of those Ravenclaw's though. You're good at that." Darleena looked over her shoulder to see a few Ravenclaw's clumped together. Darleena wasn't sure what happened but she normally paid little attention unless it called for otherwise.
"That could be quite the image, his face just ballooning up. Perhaps Lovely Gwen could also use a tail?" Darleena didn't normally use her transfiguration on fellow six years, she mostly behaved herself. It was hard to cause trouble when you were a Slytherin and had the last name, Lestrange. people expected her to misbehave, expected her to cause trouble- lately, she had been feeling stifled, so why not cause just a little trouble? "Before I potentially get into trouble, want to tell me what happened?"

Perhaps Oliver had been a little too eager. His enthusiasm died a little but his face remained upbeat, he simply shrugged it off with a passing note to himself. Better not scare her away. "So, Anya, where're ye from?" Gwen said as she swung the subject in an inquisitive direction. Anya didn't miss a beat, "London" the girl said with relief. Not doubt at having been spared a vicious headache on her first day of classes. "What about you two?"
"I'm from the Isle of Man myself. Peel, to be more specific." Wasn't really much more to say about that. The old folks in his town would have been a bit more long winded. But not him. He saw Anya looking expectantly at them both so he waiting to blow full steam ahead in the conversation. He mind was racing this morning, it was odd... Then he remembered what it was running from and he became more somber in an instant.

"Don't worry about it, Sherlock, I get it! I mean when the words come you got to let them flow!" He knew that Dray would understand. And he let her hug him even if he usually didn’t show such emotions. But that was Dray and she did – and she may.
"I'd love to hear somethin' new from you guys!" Sherlock turned to Ellie. „Be sure, you will.“
"But yeah, guess we should get going. I can not be late again, I can't get detention." "Agree! Especially not with this new professor around. I think his name was somethin' like Bowl? Whoa, his face is givin' me chills. I mean not his face in general, but the way he's looking. Well, if there weren't these sunglasses hiding his eyes." Now the smart young man couldn’t suppress a faint laughter. „Oh, you mean Professor Boyle?! Yes, he’s a bit... specific. But I heard he is a luminary on his subject. So you better keep your mind open to catch your subject matter. You surely won’t regret it when you are going to do your O.W.L.S.“, Sherlock lectured the blonde girl in his typical lecture-tone. Of course, he seemed to be serious. „But now we really should leave. Have fun with your lessons. I think we could meet later during our recess.“ After a last friendly smile towards Ellie and Dray Sherlock left the Great Hall to get ready for the next classes.

Sherlock might have been a rocker in his off times, but he was a very smart dude. Dray didn't mind that he was a Ravenclaw, houses really didn't bother Dray at all. She found to be friends with a lot of people, Music was universal. „But now we really should leave. Have fun with your lessons. I think we could meet later during our recess.“ Dray waved goodbye to Sherlock before turning to Ellie.
"I sometimes thinks he forgets we are sixth years, O.W.L.S were last year." Dray chuckled and plopped back down next to Ellie. "I think a bit more food is in order," Food was always in order for Dray. "Plus, we have all of this year and half of next year to study for our N.E.W.T.S." Dray was a good witch but the idea of a test such as that, it scared the robes right off her.

Ellie quickly waved at Sherlock, before he left.
"I sometimes thinks he forgets we are sixth years, O.W.L.S were last year." Ellie let out a toneless chuckle at that. Actually, absentmindedness was what made smart people more adorable in her opinion. Sherlock was smart but wasn't he arrogant, not even a little.
"I think a bit more food is in order,", Dray suddenly stated, as she plopped back down next to her. "Plus, we have all of this year and half of next year to study for our N.E.W.T.S."
"True, true.", Ellie chuckled, grabbing some more food herself. "Another of these vanilla-filled donuts and maybe a chocolate muffin, and I'm good to go with anything after." Oh god, chocolate really was her kryptonite. She didn't know what she would do without.

"Another of these vanilla-filled donuts and maybe a chocolate muffin, and I'm good to go with anything after." Dray chuckled and wrapped an arm around Ellie, giving her a squeeze before letting her go.
"Ellie, you are a girl after my own heart." She grabbed one of each of those and started to munch, giving a little moan. Food, just another thing she and Ellie had in common. "Seriously, I'm glad you're on board with this. You're going to be a great second on the pitch, this year we have to beat out the other teams. Even if we don't win, I want to beat Slytherin's arse."
Dray did hope they won, she wanted to win so bad. She only had this year and next year and her dream was to win at least one championship.

"Before I potentially get into trouble, want to tell me what happened?" The amusement left Frederick's face at that. He brow lowered as he looked towards the other table. Without looking back and Darleena, he continued, "Some old friends..." He slowly turned back to look at her, his face a mix of emotions. "I just figured I'd been forgotten. But they had their hands on the knife in my back the whole time."
Flint put his pumpkin juice down and pushed it away, he was done with the whole assortment. "Looking back, seems stupid to even try and make friends with a Ravenclaw, a Hufflepuff, or a Gryffindor. Why bother... Had a bad reunion first night back." The mention of a tail made him smile again though. "I think a tail would suit her just perfect."
