I gave this one 4 out of 5. They didn't give us much in terms of forward moving storyline on the island but we did get to learn about Hurley and it did make me laugh a lot! Even got me in the feels a couple times, when the group welcomes Kate and Sawyer back and that triumphant feeling Hurley, Charlie, Sawyer, and Jin had when the van started.
Man oh man, I have a lot of stuff to add to Sawyer's nickname thread! Sawyer was dealing out nicknames like crazy! Making up for lost time, lol!
I'm kinda mad at Hurley's dad. I can't believe he just took off like that for 17 years. At least he admitted that he came back because of the money and kinda redeemed himself when he told Hurley to just give it away. But is he just bluffing cuz he thinks Hurley won't do that? Who knows. The trip to the fortune teller was funny. Hurley's dad seemed sincere when he said it and when he told Hurley he'd be waiting for him when he got back from Australia.
Remember Hurley's imaginary friend, Dave? Well, considering Hurley's father's name is David, it's probably no surprise his imaginary friend happened to have the name Dave. Hurley, like many of the survivors, has daddy issues.
Still on Hurley's flashbacks, I can't believe Hurley hired Randy Nations to work at McCluck's! He was such an a-hole to Hurley when Hurley was working for him. I think Hurley is just too nice. Oh my gosh, and that meteorite... or astroid. I don't know the difference. XD Wow, just perfectly struck McCluck's! Bye bye, Tricia. Enjoy writing your fluff pieces in the afterlife, you mean news lady!
Oh, another moment they got me in the feels is Hurley's heartfelt talk with Libby at her grave. So sad.
Then Nikki and Paulo pop up and ruin the scene. Ugh. They're the worst!
I cracked up so many times on this ep! When Hurley was shouting English at Jin. Yah, cuz is someone doesn't understand your language, it'll help if you shout it at them. XD And when after they righted the van, Sawyer's going through stuff then freaks out when he finds Roger's head, lmao! Hurley and Jin both have this expression like, "Oh yah, oops, forgot to tell ya." Then the scene where Hurley slaps Charlie. Lmao, the look on Charlie's face! Sawyer teaching Jin the important things he needs to be able to tell a woman... the list goes on and on!
Sawyer's being a total douche again! Kate was actually trying to make peace between them. The did a great job with the writing, having her calling him James and when she sees he's just gonna go back to his old ways, switches back to calling him Sawyer. Geez, Sawyer! Stop it already!
It was so great to see Danielle again! I was so happy when Kate told her that she met her daughter.
Looking forward to watching more!

The scene with Hurley, Charlie, Sawyer, and Jin riding around so joyfully in the van.
