I saw an article that Ironheart will be making her debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which isn't due out until July 8, 2022, so that would mean this show would be out the last half of 2022.
Makes me think that Ironheart will be a Wakandan girl, which totally makes sense! They're all very tech savvy and tech advanced.

Lots of great Marvel news unveiled at the two Marvel panels this weekend! Ironheart is due out Fall 2023.

Anthony Ramos will be playing the character from the comics called The Hood. The show will explore the battle between magic and tech.
