This is on the season 4 DVD and it's totally brilliant! Recap of seasons 1 through 3 and it's 8 minutes, 15 seconds (though this YouTube version I found was uploaded with an extra second). If I remember correctly, I believe they aired this on TV as well.
Succinct and kinda hilarious. The narrator woman has this matter-of-fact tone and the way she breaks it down keeps making me laugh and there are random hilarious comments ("Jack tosses a football with Mr. Friendly. Mr. Friendly throws like a girl."). XD I love this!
