4xWeb12 Lost: Missing Pieces - The Envelope

Summary: Amelia arrives early to Juliet's for the book club meeting. She notices that Juliet is upset about something, and asks if it is Ben. Juliet says that things have gotten awkward between them, but Amelia presses further, suspecting there is something more. Juliet then requests that Amelia not tell anyone what she is about to show her. As Juliet is about to reveal Ben's X-rays, they are interrupted by the doorbell; presumably other book club members have arrived. (lostpedia.com)

They left us hanging with what exactly is in that envelope but I think we all figured it was Ben's x-rays. The island is known for its healing qualities (minus the whole pregnancy death thing) so it's understandable that seeing one of them has gotten a tumor is something to think they're in trouble about.
