"My question had no particular reason. I just thought you reminded me of someone, but it seemed I was mistaken." Mr. Gold smiles before turning away. He seems so friendly that Stephan can’t honestly believe that all the rumors are true.
“Maybe I look like one of the demons you allegedly hang out with,” he jokes, giving a friendly smile himself to let the man beside him know that he takes no stalk in the crazy rumors everyone circulates. With everyone saying bad things about this man all the time, he could probably use a friend or two. Stephan doesn’t have many friends himself, and to be honest he wouldn’t mind becoming friends with Mr. Gold. That is of course if the man wants to.

Ruby
"Watch where you're going scarlet!"
Ruby had been so distracted coming into the diner that she barely noticed the fiery red-headed teenager until she nearly barreled her over in her rush to get outside. And when it came to Eva, that meant one thing. Within a split second, her expression turned to one of sarcasm and in a smooth movement she had the girl by the back of her hooded sweatshirt. "Oh goodie, my favorite hooligan. Who are you screwing over today?"

“Maybe I look like one of the demons you allegedly hang out with,”, the sudden comment made Gold turn around again. He couldn't help it, but had to laugh at this. It didn't happen often someone was hearing him sincere laughing, though it was more like an intense chuckle. The people around even seemed to wonder, but didn't dare to stare at him for too long.
"Yah, maybe.", Gold responded with a smile. He somehow liked this boy. He had something invigorating on it. And above all this conversation was variety from his usual. Or was it just because the clock finally has started to move and so exhilarated his temper? "But rather like one of the lost souls I tortured recently.", Gold reacted on the joke with the hint of a smile.

Mr. Gold laughs at his joke, startling a couple of people in the diner. "Yah, maybe." "But rather like one of the lost souls I tortured recently." Moe is glad that Gold continued his joke instead of getting offended or something.
“I’m sure he deserved whatever you did to him,” he states, trying look serious but falling just short of that due to a small lingering smile on his face.

Callie
"It's so good to see you Callie. I suppose it must be a sign of some sort that in all this commotion we have the same table. I hope I didn't keep you waiting."
His gorgeous green eyes held a twinkle in them that captivated her. Before her mind could go swimming to far off places, lost in them, she had to remind herself that guys typically liked it when girls actually paid attention to more than their twinkling eyes and so she managed to catch what he said...well, most of it.
"Oh no, I haven't been here long!" she assured him while inwardly her heart was doing flip-turns. Maybe she was reading too much into it but... He thought it was a sign! And to Callie, that was a sign that they were totally meant to be.
"Did you have a chance to order? I wasn't expecting such a crowd."
"No, not yet. The waitresses have been a bit tied up." She gave a brief glance towards the counter, where the excitement had seemed to have finally died down. "Honestly, I haven't even looked at the menu yet so you're just in time."
She picked up the menu in front of her, scanning the breakfast items and managing to only steal one or two looks over the top at Christian as he did the same. Even with the distraction, or maybe because of it, Callie made the quickest meal decision of her life and dropped the menu back onto the formica table top. It was about time they got to know each other better. "So Christian, what do you do when you're not eating breakfast?"

“I’m sure he deserved whatever you did to him,”, the man on his side continued the joke.
"Of course not! Wouldn't have be fun to torture him if he had deserved it.", Gold replied, let a hissing sound follow his words and totally enjoyed this kind of conversation. It indeed was a variety. And also a good pastime, while waiting for a coffee.

"Of course not! Wouldn't have be fun to torture him if he had deserved it." Moe chuckles at that, enjoying the dark humor since he knows it isn’t real. Hurting people for fun in real life isn’t cool, but joking about it can be fun.
“Well then I can assure you that I definitely deserve torture,” he states before taking a bite out of his muffin. Mr. Gold is turning out to be very fun to talk to. He hopes they run into each other more often after this morning.

“Well then I can assure you that I definitely deserve torture,”
Mr. Gold had to chuckle again. "I'm always open for new methods. Or you join the club of cruel punisher. Twenty-four seven open.", he answered, his smile growing. It was a while ago he had fun like this due to a conversation. Actually the only fun he had was mischievousness, though he appreciated this kind of fun. But this was different.

Mr. Gold chuckles again. "I'm always open for new methods. Or you join the club of cruel punisher. Twenty-four seven open." And then Moe is laughing again. He hasn’t been this happy in… well in all his living memory actually. Isn’t that a depressing thought? He pushes it aside in favor of keeping the lighthearted tone of the conversation.
“If I get cool benefits I’m in,” he jokes.

“If I get cool benefits I’m in,”
"Need my card or remember my name?", Gold joked back again. This really was amusing, in a way without anyone got hurt. Well, was nothing compared to the said joy, but a good start into the day anyway. "Seems the clock in here has stopped instead...", Gold suddenly mumbled, at least not loud enough to let the waitress hear it. "Excuse me.", he lastly called out for a waitress in a friendly tone. "May I order please?"

"Need my card or remember my name?" He smirks. Of course he’ll remember Gold’s name. Everyone knows it. "Seems the clock in here has stopped instead..." Gold mumbles before raising his voice in a more friendly tone. “Excuse me." "May I order please?"
“I think I can remember your name,” he says, keeping the small talk going as they await a waitress. “But where exactly does this club meet? And are there snacks. Because if there aren’t we should totally start bringing snacks.”

“I think I can remember your name,”, Moe Black drew his attention back and brought a smile on his face again. “But where exactly does this club meet? And are there snacks. Because if there aren’t we should totally start bringing snacks.” And again this boy managed to educe a sincere laughter from Mr. Gold. "Pshhh, we're changing our place every night.", he whispered on the quit, a smile following his words. Then he leaned back in his seat, put his cane on the side of the counter. "And as for the snacks... never tried the sacrifice of a virgin?"

Mr. Gold still enjoyed the conversation. Maybe also because there really was someone who seemed to enjoy it as well. Someone who was laughing at his jokes. Well, actually he wasn't making jokes like this. Why today? Well, why not. Gold realized the looks over at them too, but he didn't care. He never cares. He was pretty sure, that when he would turn around, all of them will avert their eyes. He even didn't feel the need to test it out.
“Can’t say that I have,”“Though I’d be willing to try it if you tell me where to go tonight.” Mr. Gold chuckled quietly. "Always depends on who's next on the sacrifice list, you know."

Vanessa didn't really follow other's conversations, as she normally didn't care about it anyway, so she just picked up some single words from time to time. But this conversation went very strange and disturbing. Disturbing because she feared the guy next to her could probably went crazy. As for this Mr. Gold she wasn't wondering. The stories she has heard about him says it all. "... never tried the sacrifice of a virgin?" What the...? "... I’d be willing to try it if you..." "...depends on who's next on the sacrifice list..." Okay, this definetively was the maximum of an odd conversation.
"Geez!", Vanessa suddenly uttered an annoyed sigh and theatrically picked up her coffee and her bag to take a seat somewhere else. This really wasn't unbearable. With an uptight look she glanced around, as her eyes caught that Michael guy. Or was it David? Well, whatsoever. He would be glad to see her again for sure. Who wouldn't?
With clattering heels Vanessa approached the table, on which that coffee guy and the thin chit were sitting. "Good Morning, sweety.", she greeted him, ignoring the girl opposite him. She anyway was no prettiness. Without waiting a reaction, she placed herself next to the handsome looking guy. "You didn't get something to eat yet, right? Well, what a surprise...", she sarcastically spat out looking in Gail's direcion.

"Always depends on who's next on the sacrifice list, you know." He smiles, about to respond when the lady next to him speaks.
“Geez!” she says in exasperation before walking off. He feels a bit like a chastised kid but he doesn’t really mind. After all, she’s caused him nothing but trouble today. In fact…
“Do you think we could make her the next sacrifice?”

"Oh goodie, my favorite hooligan. Who are you screwing over today?"
Eva felt a tug on the back of her hoodie as Ruby grabbed hold of it ruining her quick dash out the door. Eva tried to yank herself free but was ultimately unsuccessful under Ruby's vice like grip. Finally giving up on escape Eva turned into Ruby and gave her a piercing glare.
"You are asking the wrong person libertine, the way I hear it you do all the screwing around these parts." through the strands of wildfire hair the ever know it all of a teenage smart ass smile stretched across Eva's mischievous face.

"You are asking the wrong person libertine, the way I hear it you do all the screwing around these parts."
Ruby walked right into that one. She begrudgingly had to admit, that was a really good retort. Even so, her eyes narrowed into a glare. "I was going to let you get away with your dine and dash today but now I think we'll just see what your father has to say on it." Not releasing her grip on Eva's hoodie, she marched the girl through the busy diner towards the break room. No windows, one door, only a couple chairs and a table. Ruby plunked her down on one of the metal folding chairs. "You will have to wait a while. We're busy out there with paying customers."
With that, the waitress locked the break room door. Even with her threat, she went right to the phone and left a message on Mr. Artis' voicemail before returning to the diner floor. She paused, seeing Mr. Gold waiting at the counter. Of all the days... But Gail was busy and he seemed to have been waiting a while. 'Greeeeeeat.'
Mustering up a smile, she walked over. "Good morning, Mr. Gold. I'm sorry about the wait. What can I get for you?"

Christian
"Honestly, I haven't even looked at the menu yet so you're just in time." Picking up the menu in front of her, she seemed to make the worlds fastest decision before dropping it back onto the table. "So Christian, what do you do when you're not eating breakfast?" He had to think about that for a second, not that he didn't know what he did for a living but that was not necessarily what Callie had asked. He would like to put a somewhat interesting spin on his daily activities. Christian started back up again, "Well I build ships, actually." With a smile and a chuckle he finished his thought, "They are about this big though." Putting a space of about three inches from his thumb to his index finger he let it go at that.
Before he could tell her the whole truth there came the clicking of high heels and then someone threw themselves into the booth next to him. Half thinking it was Gail, Christian craned his neck to look and then his jaw dropped in horror. It was none other than Miss Vanessa Bennett. "Good Morning, sweety." The actress greeted, "You didn't get something to eat yet, right? Well, what a surprise..." She said sarcastically looking in the waitresses direcion.
Quickly changing his expression to something more neutral Christian recovered. Out loud for the benefit of all involved he countered with, "Callie this is Miss Vanessa Bennett. We met yesterday as I was leaving Granny's for work. I found myself on the business end of her fresh cup of coffee." With a forced chuckle and then banking on the hope that Vanessa did not know how to speak sign language the young man continued just for Callie's peace of mind. "I am so sorry, I bought her a new cup as a simple peace offering and didn't expect to see her again, let alone drop in on us."

"Excuse me.", "May I order please?"
"Be right over!" she called over her shoulder as she finished clipping another order to the wheel. Her eyes flicked to the empty seat on Moe's other side and a genuine smile of her own began to form but then she things went sideways. Ruby came barreling back with Eva in tow heading for the back. Gail shook her head and sighed. 'Really, Eva? Again?' How did the girl expect to get away with dine and dash in a small town where everyone knew everyone? Probably because she knew Gail would avoid further conflict and pay her bill out of her tips as usual.
Gail scanned the crowd and scowled as she spotted the she-demon pushing her way onto the bench next to Christian, clearly putting a stain on the sweet beginnings of a blossoming romance. She looked to Mr. Gold and then back again to the booth, torn between the duty of helping a customer that was ready or the exorcism needed at booth one. Thankfully, Ruby stepped in to help the former.
Vanessa sent a snooty look her direction and Gail growled under her breath. She squared her shoulders and made a beeline for booth one.
"Good morning! Christian, Callie, back together again for another meal, I see," Gail smiled sweetly at the two.
Normally she wouldn't get into such a personal area of conversation, especially one where she sounded like a silly teenage girl squeeing as if watching her favorite 'ship on some teen drama finally hooking up but it appeared Vanessa needed help getting a clue. With one so immensely self absorbed as Vanessa, Gail had the feeling it may take a well choreographed pantomime to drive the point across so she added, "I'm so glad to see you two hitting it off. You two make such a cute couple." Gail smiled at Christian and then Callie before giving Vanessa a pointed look. "So, will this be to go?" she asked, offering them an escape.

"Well I build ships, actually." "They are about this big though."
Callie tilted her head to the side, an amused smile on her lips but before she could question him the woman from the earlier argument at the counter appeared at the end of their table. Slowly Callie took in Christian's horrified expression. Did he know this woman? Why did he look so startled?
"Good Morning, sweety." The woman unknowingly answered Callie's question. Confusion was etched across her face as she looked back at Christian. Sweetie? Was there something she needed to know?
Suddenly the woman was in the both next to Christian, completely ignoring the fact that he had company. "You didn't get something to eat yet, right? Well, what a surprise..."
As if sensing her discomfort, Christian quickly began introductions, "Callie this is Miss Vanessa Bennett. We met yesterday as I was leaving Granny's for work. I found myself on the business end of her fresh cup of coffee."
Well, that made sense. But why was she calling him sweetie as if there was something more there? A flurry of hand movement drew her attention back. "I am so sorry, I bought her a new cup as a simple peace offering and didn't expect to see her again, let alone drop in on us."
The combination of the big forced grin on his face and the apology coming through his hands told her everything and a true smile returned to Callie. Obviously Vanessa was not adept at sign language and was also not used to someone not being interested. Callie was about to answer when Gail made it to their table. "Good morning! Christian, Callie, back together again for another meal, I see,"
She couldn't do more to express her gratitude to Gail, who had obviously come to help them though she was sure to be on the receiving end of more abuse from Vanessa for it.
"I'm so glad to see you two hitting it off. You two make such a cute couple."
As Gail met her eyes, she mouthed a silent 'Thank you', taking care that Miss Bennett's attention was still elsewhere.
"So, will this be to go?"
"Yes, we had plans for a picnic. Nothing like eating on the ground in the middle of nature, right Christian?" She looked across the table at Christian, the twinkle now in her eyes as she doubted that was high on Miss Bennett's list of things she liked to do.

Ruby sat her down on a metal chair and locked the door behind her Eva knew it was locked because the instant Ruby was gone Eva pounced on the door and twisted and pulled on the door knob to no avail she was stuck here. Eva shrugged her bag off and threw it at the chair she had been sitting on, or sat on like a toddler in trouble. Taking off her hoodie and throwing it at the chair as well let her wild untamed red hair flow free and revealed a long green t shirt. Eva needed out of her, she needed to get someones attention so they could come and open the door and she had just the plan to achieve that. Since banging on the door had faultered Eva begun to shout as loud as she could a tale her Da use to tell her about a ferocious bear back in the old county in Scotland.
"I've hunted for him high 'n' low; I've looked him in the eye. I dream about the perfect way, tae make this devil die. Come taste ma blade ya manky bear for gobblin' up ma leg! I'll hunt ye then I'll skin ye, hang your noggin on a peg!
Mor'du, Mor'du Mor'du, Mor'du! You're ancient as the highlands and as unforgivin' too. Mor'du, Mor'du Mor'du, Mor'du! Now the time has come for all of us tae slaughter you!
He's bigger than a Cuillin, killin' armies with his paws. Mor'du is never happy till the blood runs from his jaws. He murders in the mountains and he fights with ev'ry clan. His teeth and jowls have ripped the hearts fae many a highland man.
Mor'du, Mor'du Mor'du, Mor'du! He's stolen lads and lassies and wee 'bonnie babies too'! Mor'du, Mor'du Mor'du, Mor'du! Now the time has come for all of us tae slaughter you!"
She had jumped, she had banged and had chanted more than her Da had when he had gathered his drinking buddies around to drink and share the tale. But this time they either couldn't here her or Ruby had corralled the all into obeying her commands in not freeing Eva. Eva pressed her back against the closest wall and slowly slid down burying her face in her bent knees and covering her head with her for arms unsure what exactly she had got herself into this time. It was during moments like these that one of her only memories of her mother kicked in, a memory that was a simple as a lullaby that was in fact of a lullaby and every time she got like this she always found herself singing it.
"A naoidhean bhig, cluinn mo ghuth Mise ri d' thaobh, O mhaighdean bhàn Ar rìbhinn òg, fàs a's faic Do thìr, dìleas féin A ghrian a's a ghealach, stiùir sinn Gu uair ar cliù 's ar glòir Naoidhean bhig, ar rìbhinn òg Maighdean uasal bhàn"

He knew that Emma would be there. The hot chocolate with cinnamon was an informed guess. He liked it, Ms. Blanchard liked it- it only made sense that Emma would like it too. Now Henry was sporting an impish smile as Emma walked with him through the busy diner towards the exit. Everything was finally working out just the way he wanted it to.
She stayed and the clock moved. He always knew that it was all true and now he had even more proof! And with Emma, Operation Cobra could really go into full swing and she would save everybody. Henry wondered how long it would take. Secret missions usually took time so the end of the day was probably out. Maybe by the end of the week? Anyway, now that she was part of Operation Cobra, it was time to fill his mother in on the details.
"Don't you have school?"
He looked up at her and scrunched up his nose,"Duh. I'm ten. Walk me."

"So, will this be to go?" she asked, offering them that miraculous escape.
"Yes, we had plans for a picnic. Nothing like eating on the ground in the middle of nature, right Christian?" Callie said as she looked across the table at Christian with a twinkle in her eyes. He didn't need to embelish as he responded out loud, "We have a mutual love of the outdoors and thought we'd take this one with us to enjoy it in the sun. With all manner of critters scurrying about on a nice day like today." He hoped he had put both a nice spin on that for Callie and an unappealing one out there for Miss Bennett as they both ordered something simple for the road. Christian smiled at the young lady across from him before turning his head to Vanessa. "Call us crazy, its just a little too busy in here today I think." With a forced chuckle he hoped she might take the hint. He was bad with confrontations though and he really hoped he wasn't doing more harm than good for his date.

“Geez!”, the woman on the other side next to Mr. Black suddenly said in exasperation, before she walked off. Of course Mr. Gold knew who she was. While all the others took her for a witchy person, he was fully aware of that she actually was a witch. This thought brought a short knowing smile to his lips.
“Do you think we could make her the next sacrifice?”, his new friend asked him from the side.
"I would go for it.", he answered with a soft chuckle.
"Good morning, Mr. Gold. I'm sorry about the wait. What can I get for you?", Ruby suddenly was drawing his attention.
"Good morning.", Mr. Gold replied with a friendly smile. "I'll think about forgiveness after a coffee and a helping of those delicious pancakes, dear."

"Callie this is Miss Vanessa Bennett. We met yesterday as I was leaving Granny's for work. I found myself on the business end of her fresh cup of coffee."
Vanessa gave Callie an uninterested look. And when everyone else would have interposed with something like You don't have to call me Miss Bennett. Vanessa is just fine., Vanessa would have loved nothing better than say something like It's Miss Bennett for you. Without the Vanessa!
But before she could have had interposed anything, she felt distracted by Michael (she still didn't remember his name) fidgeting with his hands. Vanessa had an overstating confused look on her face. There was a question readable on it. Was it really a good idea to join him, even if he totally has a crush on me? Yah, well, Sometimes too much of self-confidence was leading to misjudgement...
"Good morning! Christian, Callie, back together again for another meal, I see,", suddenly the waitress' voice broke in her thoughts. Ugh! What does she want now? After hours of doing nothing decide to serve this guy, when she was busy talking with him? Wasn't she even noticing that she bothered the two of them (with the two of them here is of course meant Vanessa and Christian)?! "I'm so glad to see you two hitting it off. You two make such a cute couple." She indeed didn't notice... Just as Vanessa didn't notice Callie at all and that she mouthed a silent 'Thank you' to the waitress. "So, will this be to go?" Nor did she notice that Callie was fidgeting with her hands as well.
"We have a mutual love of the outdoors and thought we'd take this one with us to enjoy it in the sun. With all manner of critters scurrying about on a nice day like today." Really? Eating outside in the sun? Ugh, her skin would went red maybe. "Call us crazy, its just a little too busy in here today I think.", Daniel (:-P) directed towards her. Vanessa let out a deep sigh. How could she say no to such a handsome guy or at least to a guy, who fell for her so badly... "Sure, why not.", Vanessa said, mistakenly took his statement as a question in her direction, and already got up from the bench seat.

Gail saw Callie begin to sign and rather than hand her a paper and pen, which she-demon would undoubtedly snatch away from Callie as soon as she finished writing, Gail looked to Christian for the answer.
"We have a mutual love of the outdoors and thought we'd take this one with us to enjoy it in the sun. With all manner of critters scurrying about on a nice day like today."
'Nicely played,' she thought, giving him a nod of approval. She jotted down their order. "Got it. I'll even throw in a little bag of treats to entice the little critters. Sometimes you can get them to eat right out of your hand." Well, that would most likely take a heck of a lot of patience and hours of sitting calmly as the critters gained the trust to get nearer and nearer but Gail figured Vanessa's knowledge on critters was minimalized to "icky nuisance."
"Call us crazy, its just a little too busy in here today I think."
"Tell me about it! The whole clock--" she began before Vanessa cut her off.
"Sure, why not."
Gail blinked at Vanessa, completely astonished that someone could be that extraordinarily self-involved as to not draw one single clue, especially when she feared they may have been teetering on the edge of being so obvious that a lesser self-involved person may have been insulted.
Gail had mentally smacked her forehead over something Vanessa had said or done on many occasions but this time, before she realized what she was doing, she quite literally smacked her forehead. "There was a, um, fly..." she cleared her throat and tried for another tactic, addressing the ego.
"Vanessa, are you sure you want to be out in the sun with that perfect porcelain skin of yours? You've got a show coming up and all the town will be there to see you. You don't want to have a splotchy complexion when you take the stage now do you? And besides," now that she'd numbed the area with flattery, she drove the point straight through, "it's probably not so great for your image to be the third wheel on Christian's and Callie's date." Gail gestured to the two in turn.
"Callie, Christian," she said, turning her full attention to the two and giving Vanessa a taste of her own medicine, "I'll get your orders started."
Before she could add anything she might regret, she made haste for the kitchen. 'Please tell me she gets it 'cause I ain't got the time, Power Point presentation, or hand puppets to make this any clearer.'

Ruby
"Good morning." "I'll think about forgiveness after a coffee and a helping of those delicious pancakes, dear."
Somehow, even at his friendliest, Mr. Gold still managed to give Ruby a good old creepy tingle down her spine. She brushed the feeling off, quickly jotting the order down on her notepad. "Coming-" the distinct sounds of a redheaded ruffian causing chaos in the break room reached Ruby's ears and her smile froze for a moment as she glanced in the direction the loud Scottish folk song emanated from. God, this girl would be the death of her. "-right up." Ruby finished, rushing off to put the order in. Eva was just going to have to wait. The diner was way too busy.

"Got it. I'll even throw in a little bag of treats to entice the little critters. Sometimes you can get them to eat right out of your hand."
Callie made a mental note to buy Gail some of those really tasty chocolate chip cookies that Charlie had been working on when she left the bakery last night. The waitress definitely deserved something for going above and beyond to help them out of this awkward situation. The image of Ms. Vanessa Bennett sitting on the ground, let alone letting small animals get close enough to eat from her hand, was a bit ridiculous and Callie's shoulders shook slightly in a silent laugh. That is, until-
"Sure, why not."
Callie gaped at the performer, completely oblivious to the way that her mouth hung open and her eyes widened. 'Seriously?!' Apparently sharing the same thought, Gail smacked a hand to her forehead. "There was a, um, fly..."
Callie quickly recovered, closing her mouth as the waitress backpedaled from her physical show of exasperation with some ego stroking and flattery.
"Vanessa, are you sure you want to be out in the sun with that perfect porcelain skin of yours? You've got a show coming up and all the town will be there to see you. You don't want to have a splotchy complexion when you take the stage now do you? And besides," "it's probably not so great for your image to be the third wheel on Christian's and Callie's date."
A baker's dozen. A whole box of cookies. Four boxes of cookies. Free cookies for life. Callie shot a look in Christian's direction. If Vanessa Bennett didn't get this hint, their first date was over before it had really begun. That is, unless they gave her a hint that she really couldn't ignore...
"Callie, Christian," "I'll get your orders started."
As Gail hurried away and before she could let any doubt cloud her own thoughts, Callie's fingers flew in a flurry of movement at her date. Ms. Vanessa Bennett was an actress- well, maybe the only way to get her to understand would be to give her a show of their own. "Christian, kiss me."

Moe
"I would go for it," Mr. Gold replies before chuckling a bit. Moe smiles and is about to respond when the waitress comes up and takes Mr. Gold's order. And naturally after that Moe forgets what he was going to say. That's annoying. He doesn't want to stop talking with the man because to be honest his social interaction is a bit lacking and he's been having fun talking with the man. But he has the feeling if he just tries to force something now he's going to say something stupid. He casts his eyes about the dinner, looking for something to comment on which is probably a very bad idea. Most of the things going on are probably boring.
"it's probably not so great for your image to be the third wheel on Christian's and Callie's date." It looks like he was totally wrong because that rude lady from earlier getting put in her place by Gail is one of the most interesting things he's seen since... in a long while. That is just plain awesome.
"If she dies from embarrassment we won't have to do much work for the sacrifices," he muses as he starts watching the interesting interaction. Okay, he should probably not make fun of her like that. But she's been rude, to him, Gail, and apparently that couple. He doesn't think it's wrong that he's happy that's she's getting put in her place.
